Washington, D.C. — Independent Women's Voice President and CEO Heather Higgins extended her deep thanks and appreciation to Congressman Steve King (R-IA) for adding his name to the 47 Congressmen and Senators who have fully committed to repeal by signing the ObamaCare Repeal Pledge.
"Congressman Steve King has been a leading voice in the House of Representatives speaking out against the harms being done to our health care system and to our personal freedom and liberty by ObamaCare," said Higgins.
"We are deeply thankful to him for putting his name down on The Repeal Pledge with the 47 other members of Congress who have already signed. Rep. King is clearly committed to doing all that is necessary to defund, deauthorize and repeal this damaging health care bill."

“IWV’s Repeal Pledge is different from other pledges as it commits the signers to not only voting for repeal, but also to taking all necessary steps to slow and stop the implementation of this harmful and vastly unpopular health care bill,” continued Higgins.
"We look forward to working with Rep. King as the fight to repeal ObamaCare and bring choice and freedom to our health care decisions continues."
