When you went to the ballot box in 2010, you sent a clear message to Washington.

You demanded serious and significant spending cuts, adherence to the Constitution, a halt to the implementation of ObamaCare and, ultimately, its full repeal.

Last week, the Supreme Court passed on a petition to expedite the Virginia's legal challenge to ObamaCare. Now, it could be two years, or longer, before the Court's opinion is handed down.

This is why Congress must act now to pass the "Save Our States" Act.

The "Save Our States" Act — offered by Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) — will bring an immediate halt to the implementation of ObamaCare until the legal challenges to the law have been decided.  If Congress doesn't pass this, we could spend billions we don't have, for a system we don't need or want, and which the Supreme Court is likely to find unconstitutional and strike down.

Go here to sign the petition in support of the "Save Our States" Act and brining an immediate halt to the implementation of ObamaCare:

Tell Congress to pass the "Save Our States" Act as soon as possible.  We cannot afford to wait.  We cannot afford the cost of failing to halt ObamaCare.
