• Louisiana: Louisiana insurers among those seeking ObamaCare rate hikes
• Illinois: Blue Cross premium hikes in Texas, Oklahoma could mean Illinois sticker shock
• New York: New York ObamaCare insurers ask for big rate hikes
• Delaware: Delaware insurers seek double-digit rate hikes

Add to this the news that UnitedHealthcare is pulling out of all but three ObamaCare state exchanges, and that the non-profit co-op ObamaCare plan in Ohio just collapsed, just as similar co-op plans have shuttered in 12 other states.
