Just when you thought we'd run out of possible ways ObamaCare has made health care more expensive, we find another one:
Administrative costs more than doubled after the implementation of Obamacare, according to a report from the American Action Forum.
In 2013, before the Affordable Care Act was implemented, insurers’ administrative costs totaled $414 per person. The year after Obamacare was implemented, administrative costs more than doubled to $893 per person.
Who would have guessed that an enormous government intrusion into the health care system would lead to more bureaucracy, paperwork, and administrative costs? Probably the same people who accurately predicted the so-called Affordable Care Act would be completely unaffordable, cause massive premium spikes and increased healthcare costs for the American people.
Just another reason we need to repeal ObamaCare and replace it with market-based solutions to make health care affordable for all Americans.
