CHARLESTON, WV – West Virginia Governor Jim Justice will champion Independent Women’s Voice’s Women’s Bill of Rights (WBOR), boldly standing with women and committing to fortifying into West Virginia law words like ‘female,’ ‘woman,’ and ‘mother’ and helping protect women-only spaces. Independent Women’s Voice, the group that developed the Women’s Bill of Rights model legislation, will join Governor Justice for this announcement.
