Emily Aldmon is a communications assistant for Independent Women’s Forum. She supports strategies to amplify the IW brand, message, policy initiatives and campaigns in the media to increase organizational awareness and brand recognition, challenge the public’s thinking on key issues — debunking misperceptions and providing facts — and, ultimately, build support for policies that allow women to flourish.

Previous to her work with IW, she contributed to The Daily Caller, The College Fix, and was a humanities fellow for Hertog Foundation.

Emily graduated from Clemson University, where she pursued a double major in Political Science and Communication. At Clemson, Emily was a Lyceum Scholar at the Clemson Institute for the Study of Capitalism and chapter president of Young Women for America.
