Women and men are equal. They deserve equal protection under the law and equal pay for equal work. But women and men are not the same. The misnamed Equal Rights Amendment, the misleading Equality Act, and the so-called Paycheck Fairness Act, while well intended, would all ultimately harm women and girls. Don’t ERAse Women

What is the Women’s Bill of Rights?

Email

Answer: Proposed legislation that seeks to codify common-sense definitions of sex-based terms. The Women’s Bill of Rights doesn’t change current law or create any special rights for women. It simply defines terms in laws that are already on the books. This prevents unelected judges and bureaucrats from rewriting laws intended to protect women to instead allow any female-identifying male into women’s spaces, and it ensures a common language. Policymakers will still be free to enact laws to protect gender-non-conforming people. They just can’t use women’s rights legislation to do so through the back door.
