Members must have: 1) Signed the Stand with Women Commitment or publicly declared their support for female-only sports and acknowledged the differences between the two sexes; 2) Congressional incumbents must have voted “YAY” on H.J. Res. 165 and/or H.R. 734; and/or 3) Senate incumbents must have co-sponsored S.J.
