The Supreme Court had the opportunity to spare Americans from the intrusive overreach of the Affordable Care Act. They have failed to do so. Instead, they ignored the clear language of the Act in order to preserve this unworkable law.
Our political leaders ought to live under the same system as the rest of America. Just as Congress and Congressional staff were supposed to participate in ObamaCare exchanges under the same rules as other Americans, the Supreme Court justices and their staff should also experience first-hand the system they have worked so hard to protect.
Therefore, we the undersigned support, the “SCOTUScare Act of 2015," (H.R.2905), to require Justices and their staff to enroll in ObamaCare exchanges.
